.NET Framework initialzation error

From time to time I get a window that says " GBPVR.exe - .NET Framework Initialization error, Unable to find a version of the runtime to run this application" when trying to open the application. The only way to I have been able to correct this is to re-install. There are no additional skins or plugins installed. I'm running on v99.12, any thoughts? Log files attached.

Sorry, I dont know. It sounds like something is wrong with .net on your machine.

I'm on the latest and greatest, 2.0.

maybe try reinstalling .net.

I noticed today there's a 3.0 .NET Framework

Its existed for quite a while. Its effectively .net 2.0 with some additional stuff Microsoft wanted to rebrand under the ".net" name.

I dont know. I've never installed it myself. It should be ok.

In the short time I've poked around, 3.0 seems to work just fine.
