GBPVR hangs when trying to watch live-tv

Hello, I've been having this problem for about 2 weeks now, GBPVR just freezes when I try to watch live-tv. The program doesn't respond to any commands. I can't think of any newly installed software or mayor changes I've made recently that could have affected GBPVR.

Sorry, I'm not really sure. The logs seem to end in a when it goes to access the device for the first time. Does the device work correctly in the Hauppauge WinTV software?

yes, it works properly...
I discovered last nigth that I'm able to record properly as well (!) But without being able to watch the show before it's recorded.

I just saw that the program gives me the following information awhile after it has frozen: "Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Could this help?

I've followed the recomended steps for the following problem http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...ror+object but I didn't have the problem in config.xml as described

Can you reproduce this, then post the logs again?

I'm not really sure what to suggest. Thats died in a place I've never seen reported before (getting the pin medium types from the Hauppauge drivers).

Maybe try a different version of the drivers?
