test version of va showing recording names with whole path

since installing the test version the recordings are showing up in videos with a name including the whole path. instead of cops it says c:\videos\cops\cops.mpeg as name.

Can you zip up and post the log files form the jeff sub directory along with your config.xml file?

entourage and sopranos both show name with path. all shows that recorded since update didnt do that though.by the way va is sweet thanks

Thanks for posting the logs, but I need the *.log files from the jeff sub directory not the log sub directory.

Hmm. Could you also post or provide a link to a zipped copy of your video archive.db3 file?

jeff my host only allows me 10mb file size so this was cheesy i had to spit it but its an sfx so it should extract ok incase u dont have winrar. Thanks

jeff do you have any ideas on how i can fix this or what might be causing it or could you tell me how to uninstall the test vs. and use previous release ?

Unfortunately they are stored in the database with the full path name as the subtitle name. This is what the plug-in displays on the screen. I don't know why this happened. I haven't seen it before and the plug-in doesn't automatically correct for it. If I can find time this week I'll try to write a little utility for you that will go through the database and look for subtitles (and titles) that look like full paths and fix them.
