Error PLaying Back file

Here is my log files I am not sure but all of a sudden I cannot play live tv and it is not recording. I recently uninstalled ulead video studio 10 from this computer.

I hope someone will be able to help thanks.

It looks like something screwy has happened to you directshow setup, and its not correctly using (or maybe not finding) an mpeg splitter filter. I'm guessing you also cant play .mpg files in Windows Media Player?

I can play the old recorded shows but no new ones and that goes for gbpvr and windows meadia player.

How do i correct this?

How big are new recordings? Do they seem a normal size?

I dont really know - I'm not sure what the problem is exactly.

Is this something that if I uninstall and reinstall GBPVR would fix or somethinig unrelated to GBPVR?

Yes the file sizes are showing 0kb so its not being able to record it.

tuner card what one are you using?
check it hasnt got an error going on under hardware properties
driver may need reinstalling
or cange slot that it is (or have you relocated it recently)
does it show up under config "only show cards installed"?

There are no errors with the hauppauge PVR 500. All drivers are installed for it.

Recently built a new computer and it has been working with the new computer for over a week.

i get this with mine
but you are the first person to have the same problem
always on the second tuner
always after a crash
i havnt had it happen for a while though
have you checked that you selected capture device 1 and capture device 2

mine will go fine for months then something
for what ever reason a power cut or what ever the computer doesnt shutdown properly which recording tuner 2 will stop working and come up with error code 10 under hardware manager
have to stop all recordings
shut down computer kill the power ,press the power button with no power connected (making sure caps etc are discharged no power left in system )
then restart
all back to normal till next time

under config if you select only show devices detected in this machine what does it come up with
there should be 2
