Search guide not showing on MVP

I have "Search guide" checked in config but I am not seeing it on the mvp or pvrx2 gui on the pc. Want logs or anything?

Another MVP issue is that if I select a show from the guide and then select "find all", I cannot open a show on the resulting list to try to schedule it. This functionality works fine when using PVRX2 on the pc gui.

Is there any way to temporarily switch to the old interface for the MVP?

I saw you can change the mvp server in config.xml so I switched it back to gbpvr.exe to restore "search guide" and the old interface. Thank you for allowing us to switch back and forth while the new stuff is fleshed out. Problem solved here.

If you press the guide key on the remote it'll take you to the TV Guide. If you press the guide key again, it'll pop up the search guide popup. Its a bit rough, but kind of works.

Yeah, thats why I said 'kind of works'.

I'm sure you'd agree that most people would have preferred a release now, rather than waiting three more months until it has everything the old app does.

Oh yes - please don't think I'm moaning - just thinking if no one mentioned it, that it could slide down the 'to do' list.

The fact that you have been able to do it all and leave the old interface app working (so I can still do my searches and flag recordings) is magic.
