Net Radio

Hey guys,

Anyone have this problem? Net radio used to work fine for me. Then, one day, it just stopped. I always get "failed to connect to radio station" after it says Buffering..... for a few seconds.

I can play Net radio on Windows Media player and WinAmp but not through gbpvr.

Also, it doesn't seem to create a log entry when it happens.

I'm guessing its firewall related (it has been every other time). Do any other plugins that use the internet work - comics/weather?

Is it all radio stations?

Yes. It's all stations. In fact, I added a pls from winamp and that one also does not work.

They all work in winamp though.

Solution:

sub was able to track down the net radio issue to an offending plug in.

It seems the Video Archiver, at least on my machine, creates an error any time you try to play net radio.

I downloaded the latest version at the time of this posting and that VA plugin has the same issue.
