GBPVR install error

I'm getting an error during installation:

Error 1904. Module C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\PsiParser.ax failed to register. HRESULT -2147010895. Contact your support personnel.

I'm installing on a system with the Hauppauge 125 PCI board. If I ignore this error, I get the following error when the program launches:

Microsoft.NET Framework unhandled exception. Could not load file or assemble 'Native Utilities, Version=1.0.2743.16120, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=Null'.
