Can't kill comskip

I can't kill comskip from the task manager - I get an access denied error. My normal user isn't admin, but I'm pretty sure I've tried as an admin to kill it. What I don't get is the user has rights to start and stop GB-PVR, so the comskip must be running under different rights than GB-PVR (W2K doesn't show the user, apparently). It's rarely an issue, but sometimes when I know I don't want a show or just watched it I can't delete until comskip is done, but I can't kill comskip to speed up the process. Is comskip run with one of the system accounts?

Its launched by the recording service, so runs under the same account as the service. (localsystem by default)

Yeah, I can't kill that, either. Odd that you can restart the service but not kill the running service exe or change the priority. Okay, nevermind - it's an admin issue, then. Thanks.
