looks so much nicer - thanks for all hard work.

things i like :

interface is so much easier on the eye and using pc resolution and full 16:9
mp3's now appear with numbers (picks up playlist, maybe?)
upgrade was very painless

things i didn't like :

my HIP.exe config was transported across but didn't work - i reverted back to normal MCE remote driver etc.
System menu gone - used it to shutdown PC and Update EPG
Start GBPVR from the system tray launches old .exe - nice to include new one

also, i recently scanned posts for info on playing HD (mkv) files in GBPVR and people report is not good.

i find that using CoreAVC decoder, works a treat (you have to buy it, but look hard enough and is available on web).

anyone know if the shutdown plugin works with new version?

that will be coming back in a future release

it launches the new UI in the next release

I never really had any problems with playing my MKV files. it was the subtitles that were driving me bonkers Smile and I also found that coreAVC alleviated that problem, and allowed directvobsub to load properly
