I have 1.0.16 PVRx2 -fse, up and running so good on my relative low specs. I have no problems what so ever(had to replace my GF 6200 with ATI 9550).
Thank you Sub !!!!!

I do have one q: How does the PVRx2-wake-thing work? Does it replace the old but indispensable gbpvr-wake(eg. does it fire of a CMD-file also)
I would like to do some things before it starts the PVRx2 -fse again.

GBPVRWake.exe was never part of GB-PVR. It was some simple utility I posted a couple of years ago to help some people out that wanted to run some stuff at startup.

The new 1.0.16 PVXR -fse functionality includes the ability to restart itself after wake up, but this is not intended for any other purpose, so there is CMD file hooks or anything like that.

But a very good one !!! I use it to restart my pvr 150-device at wake-up, otherwise it can't record. Isn't anyone else have these issues anymore?

Ever since I went to driver ?.24227 last year my pvr150 problems went away.
gbpvrwake is still running, but only tagging a date/time line onto a log for curiosities sake and a few pings to wake up the onboard network interface which seems slow to come out of standby.

Normal windows control panel, system, hardware - pick the device and then the driver tab.

You are right (I should have looked in there before asking - Sorry).

I have just updated the driver, and it starts recording after wake. FANTASTIC !
Thank you, martint123

This is just getting better and better.......

Ah, good. That's worth knowing and remembering and wasn't just a one-off for me.

My PVR150 has not had a problem waking for a number of driver releases now so don't need to do anything for it on resuming. I still use GBPVRWAKE though to send powerup/reset IR commands to ensure my STB is in the correct state to receive a channel change. Also I use it to run some batch scripts to update files that my LCD uses to display pending recordings.
