stuttering on 1.0.16 pvrx2

When I skip a commercial or jump forward by a minute, the picture stutters very badly until I jump backwards. At that point it plays ok. If I don't skip things look very good. Any ideas?

This sounds like the symptoms people often describe with the qaurtz.dll problem.

Thanks guys. That was it. I used to have the old quartz.dll but I upgraded and I was back to the directx 9.0c version.
I applied the hotfix and it now works fine.
The version that seems to work fine is 6.5.2600.2905
