I just updated to 1.0.16. With the new interface TV playback is jerky under the old interface it is not. This occurs with both overlay and fse.

Pentium M 1.5. Nvidia 6200. driver 81.98

Purevideo 1.02.196 for video. ffdshow for audio

Any ideas?

The new interface only uses VMR9 Custom Renderer, regardless of what you have selected in config.
If you try VMR9 Custom with the old interface is it jerky?

I have an NVidia 6600 driving two monitors. PVRX2 does not redraw its screen if any part of it is on the secondary monitor, even in just the main menu.

Until the PVRX2 issues are worked out, can GBPVRTray.exe have a menu selection for the original GBPVR program?

GBPVR still displays on the 2nd monitor. However, it isn't dual-monitor aware. Many other Windows programs remember their positions and will reopen in the same position. The newer ones will open in the same place even if you've changed the primary monitor. GBPVR doesn't, so if I last used it on my 2nd monitor, then make that one the primary, GBPVR will open offscreen in an area which isn't displayed on any monitor. (My usual 2nd monitor is to the left of primary, so its x index is negative.)

My install did this for awhile and now both are jerky. I run a similar setup as Kulero with dual monitors and the nVidia decoder. Now, using either the ffdshow mpeg-4 decoder or the nVidia one, the video is extremely jerky, probably less than 5 fps. If I use the ffdshow audio decoder, audio comes through fine. The nVidia one creates stuttering. This all worked fine in 1.0.8. Is there a way to use the old VMR 9 Custom in 1.0.16? I used that in 1.0.8 with perfect video. System specs below.

I have the same problem and currently I am sticking to the old interface with overlay. I do not know why we have to give up such important functionality as playing videos smoothly for the sake nice looking menus. I am not really thrilled about animated menus, but even if I were, I would still want smooth playbak first. It took me a long while to get everything to work together smoothly (I have many videos of various formats). I have no interest in starting over (end of rant).
