how to force vertical black bars (4:3) on WS lcd's?

I have a WS laptop. Any way to force vertical bars, or display shows in 4:3? I had the ppl beeing squeezed to fill the screen?

Try F7 to cycle through different display options

and if you have your tv shape set to 16:9 in the config app, and have it set to the 'auto' aspect ratio, then it should be able to do it automatically when it needs to (ie, when playing 4:3 video).
