I have a PVR-500 and a HVR-1600 in my GBPVR computer. I was never able to get the HVR-1600 working so I am going to replace it with a PVR-150 but now I can only get 1 tuner on the PVR-500 to work. I think I have everything set right but when I set 2 shows to record at the same time I get 1 good recording and 1 recording with the correct name but with 0 bytes. Anybody have any ideas? I have attached the logs.

Thanks,
T

I ran Devicetypecheck.exe and set them to that. Yes they both show up 1 with FM and 1 without. The 1 without the FM tuner is the 1 that records with 0 bytes. Everything seems to work GBPVR shows it is recording the folder is created and a mpeg file is made but it stays at 0 bytes.

One capture source should be set to device number 1, the other to device number 2.

I just double checked and that is the way they are set. Maybe I have a bad card. Tonight when I get home I will pull the card and reinstall.

If the HVR-1600 or the replacement PVR-150 is installed, perhaps you need to make the PVR-500 tuners devices #2 and #3?

I just added a second PVR-500, and it forced the original PVR-500 tuners to shift in the sequence.
