Lost MVP server icon after 1.0.16 upgrade

After upgrading to v1.0.16, I lost the MVP server icon in my start menu. How do you restart the MVP server with v1.0.16? Thanks.

Yup. That plugin was designed to count instances of gbpvr.exe MVP servers.

I have no idea if the author is around and will be updating it...
