Empty EPG will trash my channel Freqs?

If I hit empty EPG in my capture sources window it will lose all of my custom frequencies I have put in for my channels right?
Also is this a good time to put in that Dscaler can find all of my channels freqs. automagically why cant GBPVR do that?
Currently I have some shows that when I set up a recording onthem it gets the channel and time correct but the title and show description are from another channel. Anyone know any thing about that? This is only for a couple of channels,but still annoying.

AFAIK Empty EPG only removes programme data. It shouldn't remove any channels or frequencies. If you're worried, copy gbpvr.db3 or the whole gbpvr directory to a safe place and try it.

Yeah, I cant imagine Empty EPG changing this. It only removes the programme data.
