PVRX2.exe

I am having the same problem as Mogal in his below post. The answer to both these problems was to use PVRX2.exe. Could you please tell me how to use/activate PVRX2.exe? I could not find it anywhere in the config. page.

When you install GB-PVR it creates icons in the Start menu for both versions of the user interface, GBPVR.exe and PVRX2.exe. Just run the new PVRX2.exe instead old GBPVR.exe.

If you have modified your irremote.ini to activate the program or to regain focus, you will need to modify it again to change the references "gbpvr.exe" to "pvrx2.exe". You may also need to "fix remote" in the config panel.

As an aside, if you miss the old format, you can still launch gbpvr.exe from version 1.0.16. This would allow family members to continue with what they are used to until you have worked out any bugs or problems that may arise (i.e. getting the right combo of audio and video decoders and renderers) in fine tuning the operation of pvrx2.exe.

I don't think it is my imagination, I think I am getting a much nicer picture with pvrx2. Thanks to sub and all the others for their continued work on this project and the plugins and the support via the forum.
