psiparser.ax failed to register

When I install the PVR system I get error message 'psiparser.ax 'f ailed to register

If I ignore this and coninue installation then whan I run reregister filters the error message is Loadlibrary "PsiParser.ax" failed , application config is incorrect . Try reinstalling.
Ii also fails if I use regsvr32 with the error message .....The specified module could not be found.

any ideas as to the problem ?
