Hi there,

I get the following error message seen in the screenshot when trying to uninstall GB-PVR.  I have tried to reinstall so that I can try to uninstall but I get the same error message.  I have also pointed the install program to the downloaded MSI file but that does not work either.

RGDS & TIA

Curtis M.

Sorry, I dont really have an answer for you. You can usually just uninstall from the control panel's Add/Remove Programs option. Did you manually delete some files before trying to uninstall? Your system must think the installation is damaged.

You can remove all the files and settings by deleting the c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr directory. The only thing this will leave on your system is the entry in the list in the control panel's "Add/Remove Programs". I'm sure this can also be manually removed by deleting a registry setting but I'm not sure what setting it is. Have a look on google. If you dont find it, let me know and I'll google for you.

I too am unable to use Control Panel | Add Remove Programs to uninstall GB-PVR. Norton Internet Security 2004 (running under Win XP) halts the uninstall script when it attempts to execute MoveFile on the file MsiExec.exe.
