Hey guys,

Whenever i click "Map Digital Channels to Epg Channels" i get this message "unable to start the BDA device" could anyone assist me in setting this up. Thanks for your help

Post the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and I'll check why its not starting.

It looks like its failing to find the Microsoft BDA components on your machine. Maybe you're trying to do this one Windows Server 2008 or similar?

actually I am currently running windows server 2008 r2, so would you have any suggestions as to what i should do?

I'm not that familar with what needs to be done, but if you do a forum search you'll find posts from people in the past that have had the same problem on server operating systems, and have had to install other stuff (which is already present on desktop operating systems).
