MVP crashes 1.0.16

Wasn't sure if I should post this here or under the MVP forum.

Using 1.0.16 and PVRX2 as the MVP server. When starting up the MVP, it connects. But when I try do do something, it crashes out back to the MVP's loading screen. Second time it works fine.

Noticing some errors in the log files for PVRX2 and the MVP..

Getting things like..

(PVRX2 log)
FATAL UNHANDLED EXCEPTION:: System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteException: SQLite error library routine called out of sequence

(MVP log)
handleMVPConnection() exception: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine


I do have all the survival patches installed. Not sure what's going on.

This part can be safely ignored. Its a long standing bug that has existed in GB-PVR (both GBPVR.exe and the newer PVRX2.exe) for over a year, which results in this error message if start the app then close it before the app has a chance to finish loading the listings in the background. The obvious work around is to not close the application immediately.

I'm not sure about the MVP problem. Maybe firewall or anitvirus software getting in the way?

Yeah, I noticed the crashing issue when running PVRX2 on my host PC. I try to let it sit for a minute or two before closing it. I really only use the interface on my PC to quickly schedule things. We use the MVP primarily on both of our TVs.

Not sure though what the issue is with PVRX2 running on the MVP. Seems to happen a lot lately.

I have had the MVP crash a few times with pvrx2 as well - and I mean really crash, right back to "locating DNS server" and loading application.

I have just done a completely clean install, right to deleting the devnz directory and have switched to using pvrx2 rather than gbpvr which is what I was using. I only seem to see this problem with pvrx2.

I'm going to reboot everything this weekend and see if it is something on my end (never had MVPs crash like that before, usually just contacting servers", but I thought I'd give feedback.
