Live-TV/Playback Still Image only

GBpvr has been working good until lately. If I open LiveTV all I get is a still image of what was showing on the cable at the time live tv was opened. I can record and I get moving audio and video.

THis also happens on playback of videos in gbpvr. No moving video will show up.

I have reinstalled GBpvr, the VB2005, DirectX and even updated my ATI drivers but nothing seems to work.

This is usually caused by bad video or audio decoders. If you're currently using the 'system default' setting, then I suggest you explicitly select the decoders to use. If it still happens, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.
