Hi,
I just installed gbpvr 1.0.16 on a fresh winxp install, with all updates available at windowsupdate, and the latest nvidia driver for my geforce 6800gt + latest driver for my hauppauge hvr-1600. I also installed 4 gbpvr patches that seemed to apply to me from the 'survuval guide' thread.
I have my cable connected to both the analog and digital input on the hvr-1600, and successfully picked up all my analog channels, and around 6 or 7 clear QAM channels on the digital side.
Everything seems to work pretty well when I only use analog, or only use digital, but when I flick through the channels, and it goes from an analog to digital channel, or from a digital channel to an analog channel, I lose my video and audio completely. However, after quitting pvrx2, I find that in my timeshift folder, it was still recording everything that i was not seeing on the screen, successfully.
I am using the nvidia purevideo decoder 1.02.223, an no other decoders are installed.
Any ideas?
Thanks for any help,
Dan
