This is happening because you havnt applied the patch from the '1.0.16 survival guide' thread. See post #7 here: http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=28663. You need to stop the recording service and tray app, then copy the file into the gbpvr directory to apply this patch (replacing older existing file).

Also take note of post #10 while you're there.
