EPG not responding and no sound

All,

For the last at least 3 weeks my shows have recorded but have lacked sound. I have attempted to uninstall and re-install the software several times with no luck. On my last attempt I did a complete re-install and now I can no longer get the EPG from Zap2it to load the channels. My subscription is in tact and channels are edited to around 70 of them. When I click "update EPG" it says it is contacting Zap2it, then about 2-5 seconds later says "saving new channels" then exits with no channels appearing. I have used this program over the last 8-9 months with no problems until the last 3 weeks or so. Any ideas? Thanks

I am in the states, and I checked my account and it is active, I also set-up an new account but that did not work either. Hopefully I can get it to load the channels but then I may run into the sound problem again? I guess one step at a time.

I have a Hauppauge 250 w/ FM, I am running Windows XP pro fully upgraded with all windows patches (automatically set) My PC is an old celeron PIII 850Mhz with 512KB Ram. I have been using this software for quite some time and have kept it updated, but something changed and I lost the sound on all of my recordings, so I decided to start over and now I cannot load any channels? Very cunfussing..

Oh sorry, wintv2000 works just fine with live tv. Have not tried to record with it in a long time though.

Fixed!!!! All, just a few words. I discovered through reading my log files that the EPG was trying to load files for march 16th-21st which is a month away. I then noticed the date on my PC was incorrect. I uninstalled everything and re-installed after fixing my system date and then it worked. Lesson learned make sure system date is correct!!!! Sorry for the trouble! Thanks for those that helped.
