exit button permenant on main menu?

... also the exit button still shows on the menu of PVRX2 when unchecked in the plugin tab (and doesn't show in GBPVR).
Hope you don't mind all the minor bug reports...

The ability to remove this button will return in a future release. Its been this way ever since PVRX2 was created.
