found ir contoller (e2) popup

i have a haupauagge hvr-1600 and gb-pvr works great so far besides some remote problems im having with the 45 button remote. it'll work ill have it setup for exe using the ir.exe program for wintv. the remote will work and then ill get this popup found ir contoller (e2) and then my remote will stop working, sometimes itll start working again though. anyone know what to do?

fixed this by uninstalling wintv's ir and using hip instead.
