I have just switched from a hauppauge remote to an MCE remote.
With the hauppage remote I had the green button configured to run PVRX2.exe (GRNPOWER={run(C:\PROGRA~1\gbpvr\PVRX2.exe)}) and this did exactly what it was supposed i.e. launching it or, if it was already running, bringing the already running instance to the foreground.
I've been trying get HIP to do the same thing except using the start button of the MCE remote (I'm using XPSP2 BTW). I have set up the start button in alternate input and it launches PVRX2 fine (EXEC(C:\Program Files\gbpvr\PVRX2.exe|||GBPVR|1)). The problem is that it stubbornly refuses to bring a existing instance to the foreground if hasn't got the focus.
Can anyone explain the difference in behaviour and, more importantly, how to fix it?
Thanks,
Tom P
