Small Mute bug in 1.1.5

Just noticed a small bug - muting doesn't work during paused playback. Repro:

1) Play a file/recording.
2) Pause playback.
3) Mute (visibly OK, volume bar goes red).
4) Restart playback.

Audio is still enabled.

I'm using 'Local Volume', maybe that's it? BTW I can unmute during pause fine, just mute doesn't work.
