Twinhan 1027 help!

I m trying to setup working with bev. I can do the scan and a lot of channels are found (no preview). When I goto live TV I get a black screen and it says that No Signal detected.

I have tried it in MT and it works great. I am using emunation 3.0.0.9. I have updated the 1027 drivers and my video card drivers (Geforce 8400gs).

I also have installed many mpeg2 filters but nothing seems to work. I have looked through the forum to see if anyone else was having the same issues, but I think that I have tried them all.

Can someone please help me get this up and running. I would really prefer to use GBPVR over anything else.

I forgot to mention that the quality and strength are very high. I also attached my logs as well.

From what I can tell the app is locking the signal just fine, but the multidec plugins arent descrypting the stream.

I seem to remember other Canadian users indicating they had to use specific versions of emunation? Maybe try a different version of it.

thanks sub. I was wondering if that was the problem. I am not quite sure how to tell if that is working or not! (I guess if you get a picture it is working ) I will have to look around to find out what version that people here are using.

Any fellow canadian's out there help me with this one?

Does the plugin show up in the tray when you are trying to watch a channel?

Yes I get a little icon show up in the system tray when I try to watch live tv. When I right click on it the only menu I get is the log. I read the text file in emunation that if you right click on the icon you can access the settings.

There was a thread in the General Discussion a few weeks ago and someone mentioned that they had to get a newer version of the mdapi filter for emunation to work.

Here's the posting for your enjoyment. On the second page about halfway down, WBiscuit said that he had to get agwars version from dvbn to get emunation working.

Thanks, I will try that when I get home. For now I will read the thread and try to find the new version of the mdapi filter. How can you tell if it is working? (Other then you can see the video)

I dunno, I don't use emunation or the mdapi filters, but you'll probably see video if it's working

Just for other people to know emunation shows up in the menu on the plugin icon.

Now I just need to get my EPG for bev working!
