EVR doesn't play XVID

This weekend I decided to give the EVR a try, since I can't get the VMR9 Custom to become tear-free and the VMR9 FSE still gives me wakeup problems.

Mpeg2 playback was excellent, although I would like the 'remove letterbox' option, that unfortunately is not possible with EVR (must be the negative aspect ratio). But I can live with that.

Then I found out that XVID (transcoded by GBPVR from MPEG2) playback does not work. The screen is green and/or inverted. I've tried different decoders (MPV and DScaler), with more or less identical results.

Now I'm back to VMR9 Custom. I guess the guest for a perfect image continues.

I dont seem have any problems playing xvid files with EVR.

Zip and attach the logs and I'll see if anything stands out.

After fiddling some more with the video settings to reduce the tearing, my XVID playback problem in EVR is suddenly solved. I have no idea what it was, or which change affected it positively, but at least it works. Tonight we'll watch some recordings to see what we think of the EVR image quality.
