I just received my new 45 button wintv remote and could not find the "full" and blank function button. How have others dealt with this. I guess I could reassign the * or # buttons to replace those. Just thought I would check with others and see if I was missing something.

those buttons arent really used in gbpvr anyway (well not to my knowledge) so its no big deal, i did customize the remote mapping a bit, assigned go=home and menu={go} (i forget what go is assigned to). since my video uses go for the popup menu, its just handy that way, and "go" has a pretty picture of home it should take you back to "home".

it popups with either the func button or the go button, so on the new remote just use "go". i use the new remote so all my plugins will always work with either the 45 or 34 button remotes.

hmmmm....
So I'm guessing you guys don't use the "full" button. I have to use it each time I fire up GBPVR. If I hit it twice I get rid of the white line which I get on the bottom and right side. After reducing the size and bringing it back to full screen with the "full" button it goes away. Since the "full" button is not on the new 45 button remote I will have to reassign another button to it. I had been using the "func" button for other items. So I will just remap buttons to my liking.

I have heard others talk about entering text with the number buttons like text on the cell phone.... which plugin supports this feature as I haven't seen it yet.

mrfeelines, im pretty sure that ive made it so "go" also does the same thing as "func" in all my plugins (i know ive done this in "my videos", cant remeber with the rest, but im pretty sure).
