Hi-
Once in a great while, when I reboot my server and it loads back up, GBPVR will undergo a re-installation. I have my GBPVR installation on the E: drive and my OS (Win XP Pro) is on the C: drive so it will usually install on the C: drive and obviously screw everything up. I simply fix the issue by going to Add/Remove Programs, choosing GBPVR, uninstalling, reboot, re-install GBPVR to the E: drive, restore config.xml, gbpvr.db3, gbpvr.mdb and then I'm good. How can I prevent this from happening?
The only reason I can see this happening is if the OS doesn't see the E: drive on bootup, but it's there everytime I check and this issue doesn't seem to happen the other times I reboot my computer. Any suggestions?
Thx,
