Clean install of WinXP and GBPVR 1.1.5 - multiple issues

First, the recording service won't start! Secondly, gbpvrtray.exe gets application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). After applying the recording svc patch, the OSD patch, and the multiple music tracks patch. Dead in the water - neither GBPVR or PVRX2 will start, get same hex error above!!
