Can PVRX2 schedule channel changes without recording?

Hi guys,

Hello to everyone. This is my first post. I've been trying to figure this out for some time now. The answer must be here in the forums but I cannot find it.

Can PVRX2 schedule channel changes without actually having to record?

So I can set up programs I simply want to watch but not record. It must be able to do this (like SKY EPG in NZ) but I cannot figure it out.

I've been using GBPVR(PVRX2) for a few months and I have to say...Absolutely amazing program! With the Web Interface and DJKXML for the TV Guide it's truly a dream come true. I have three LCD TV's with three computers here in different rooms. All I can say is "Unbelievable!". Many, many thanks to the developers and everyone involved.

Thanks for your prompt answer. It would be a nice feature. I already have 250 gig of recordings and another new 500 gig waiting in the wings....so I do use it for recording heaps. But I don;t want to record everything!!

There is a reminder feature. Other than that, I fail to see the need for that feature. If you really need to actually switch channels at a specific time, can't you set a short manual recording (like one minute)?

The reminder feature wasnt implemented when I did the UI rewrite, so thats no longer an option unless he sticks with GBPVR.exe.
