Hi all,
I've read a few threads regarding mapping to network drives and getting this to work.
I have my XP box in my room, The MVP is downstairs by the TV and then also a Fileserver with all my videos on the network.
My videos are sorted in this manner:
//fileserver/Media/Movies
//fileserver/Media/Series/SeriesA/Season1
//fileserver/Media/Series/SeriesA/Season2
//fileserver/Media/Series/SeriesB
etc...
I can add //fileserver/Media to my Video Library Directories and play any video inside this root folder. However navigating to Movies or Series I do not see any files and get "no video files" error.
Is there a way to resolve this? if not is there a way to update the Video Library Directories using a batch process. I would like to run through all the folders in the Series folder periodically and add them to the Video Library Directory automatically.
otherwise its a case of not having any "season" folders and updating the directory manually with each Series.
Thanks in advance.
