Sorry, I'm on the other side of the world so cant help with this one. If you can get the TS file though, I'm sure I'll be able to quickly get your channels appearing during scan.

I've copied the patch, seems to run fine. No crashes during the scan on ,S2
BTW, I managed to make a full TS stream using DVBStream Explorer 3. It's from an audio channel (don't know which one precise, but it's from my provider), it seems that the transponder with BVN has problems atm (lock is available, but no channels are watchable) or the wind is making problems for me. I hope this is OK? You may download it from http://shalafi.xs4all.nl/sub/ (a whopping 190MB, may take a while). It's on my

BTW, DVBDream is free and can record a full TS. Look in Modules in DVBDream

You could maybe try creating a c:\temp directory, then add the following registry setting:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOftware\Devnz\LogPSIProcessing=2(DWORD) The do another scan, then zip and attach the c:\temp\psi.log that gets created.
