OK, I've tried loading gbpvr for a second time (need to give it another shot). I was trying to use free xmltv scrapers before, now I'm just going to use schedualsdirect (hopefully this should take some of the pain away). I have set up my scheduals direct account and I can get my program guide to load, however, I have tried using I-xmltv to load the info to GBPVR and everytime I do, I'm missing channels, and others have no data avail. These channels are pretty well all the same (3, 13-16, etc.) Now, if I load my guide using schedualsdirect instead of I-xmltv, I get those channels that had no data, but other channels now have no data. If I switch back, the same channels are missing every time.
I am manually updating the EPG (don't know how to create a bat file) but I'd like to get this running smooth befor my schedualsdirect trial expires (don't want to buy it for a year, if I can't get it to work properly).

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Sped

Delete your gbpvr.db3 file, then start the config app and recreate you capture source. If you'd prefer to use I-xmltv, then setup your capture source for that. Hit the 'Update EPG' button. Start the app and confirm if you have listings or not. If you dont have listings then zip and attach your config.exe.log, and your xmltv file.

I tried what you said to do, and when I tried to run the GBPRV config file again I got an error and it won't update the EPG.

Thats odd. Not seen that before. If you stop the application, then delete the gbpvr.db3 file, then the very next thing you start is the config.exe app, then it should be ok.

If you get the same thing again, then delete the gbpvr.db3, and take a copy of empty.db3 and rename the copy gbpvr.db3.

ok, not sure what happened, but I eventually had to remove and re-install gbpvr.
now I'm back to my original problem.

I am missing several channels (these are the ones I noticed off the bat)
3,15,18,20,21,26,31,32,33,34,36,39,40,42,44-59,62

These channels are selected in my list from schedualsdirect but for some reason do not show up when I'm using I-xmltv.

here's a screenshot of my sd list.

EDIT: I no longer have listing with (no description available) but I am still missing the channels.

As I said above: Hit the 'Update EPG' button. Then zip and attach your config.exe.log, and your xmltv file.

If you'd used I-xmltv, then it generates an xml file that contains your listings. You should know where it is because you would have configured your capture source to use the XMLTV Epg Source and would have pointed it at that xml file.

the file that the program says to use is tvguide.xml. I've tried zippping it, but the file is too big to upload (over 3 mb)
here is my log file tho.

If you have the same channel multiple times in your lineup, then it only ends up including the higher one in the list. For example, "15 CITY" is missing because "133 CITY" is there. This is probably the case for all your missing channels.
