Interference between GBPVR and Haup WinTV applications?

I have gbpvr 1.2.9 with a haup pvr 250 with analogue cable tv and have recently noticed a strange issue.

I can only use EITHER WinTV or GBPVR in the same windows session. If I choose WinTV, it works great, but then GBPVR will not work (black screen, no sound) until I reboot. After rebooting, GBPVR will work great, but if I close gbpvr then WinTV will not work (black screen, no sound) until I reboot. Basically, whatever application I start first is the only one that will work until I reboot.

Ideas?

I use bother WinTV and GB-PVR here without any problems.

Reproduce the problem by starting wintv then gbpvr, then zip and attach the pvrx2.exe.log and pvrx2.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.

This log was capture immediately after GB-PVR failed to work after running WinTV right? That log looks fine with no sign of any errors.
