It should be the oid from the CAPTURE_SOURCE table. Also, in the CAPTURE_SOURCE table, make sure the channel_changer_class is set to "GBPVR.Backend.Common.ExeChannelChanger".

After entering it, you should be able to go back into the Config app to confirm the settings have taken.
