Ok, previously I was using i-xmltv for Scheduals Direct but now I can't get it working again (see here).

Can somone tell me how to use the built in SD option of gbpvr and automaticly skip the channels I tell SD to ignore (currently the channels are being added to the guide with no channel data) I don't really want to have to go through all the channels again and manually remove them again. As I said, I have already done this on the scheduals direct site.

If you've disabled channels on the schedules direct side of the things, then these channels shouldnt be sent to GB-PVR (so GB-PVR wont know their names and couldnt be recreating these channels).

If you already have these channels in your database though, and they're enabled, they'll continue to be shown, but with no listings. In this case you can either delete each channel, or delete you database and set up capture source up again - this way you'll only get the channels as currently being supplied by SD.

Thanks sub, I just did that, deleted the capture source, I'll set it up again after, I'm just going to see if I can get Ultra xmltv enhancer to work. What do you use to enhance your listings?

I actually said delete the database (ie gbpvr.db3), since thats a easiest way to make sure you get rid of all the channels in your database. Just deleting the capture source isnt going to get rid of all your channels, since some will remain linked to recordings.

I dont find I need to enhance my listings. I'm happy with times/title/subtitle/description/rating/genre. There is nothing else I'd need to see.

Whenever I try to delete this file, and open up my config file, I get that strange sql error. (here)

The config app needs to be the first thing you ran after deleting the gbpvr.db3 file? If you run PVRX2.exe or GBPVR.exe before running the config app, then you'll get that error. Try again.

Does the default also tell you if the show is new or not? (*beside the title?) If so, I don't really need anything else either.

Thanks. I did, and It worked. I think before I was always deleting the file and rebooting, which would start gbpvr app. on startup.
