Problem with tuning into channels

"MPEG video decoder" is known to be a problem. "System default" is probably "MPEG video decoder". I'm not sure about the "ArcSoft Video decoder" so its probably worth downloading and installing a fairly reliable decoder combination like this:

If those decoders dont work for you, then post a log showing these decoders being used and I'll take a closer look for you.

I have Windows Vista, which could be why?

I'm have those same decoders on my Vista machine so its not that.

Errm, sorry again, but I seriously can't install them. How did you install them? I've tried everything

Basically you just have to save them into a directory and run regsrv32 on them.

Your supposed to run:

regsvr32 c:\path\to\Mpeg2DecFilter.ax.

"filename.ax" was just an example they provided.
