Xvid conversion - no sound

Hi
I am converting TS recording to XviD. But there is sound when i played the converted file.

I am not sure which codec i need to install to get the sound.
Could you please advise me which codec would be good if i want to convert the ts recording to Xvid or DivX?

What was in the TS file? was it a DVB-T file with H.264 video and HE-AAC audio? if so, then that is what I'd expect. GB-PVR uses ffmpeg for xvid conversions but ffmpeg doesnt currently understand this new HE-AAC audio format.

The recordings are DVB-T file with H.264 video and HE-AAC audio.
If the ffmpeg doesnt support HE-AAC, Is there any other way I can convert the ts files into xvid?

No, I'm not aware of any way of converting files with HE-AAC audio to any other format. Virtually no software understands HE-AAC audio.
