No Tuner Available after setting the QAM or ATSC

After setting up the QAM and the channels I wanted, The Live TV no longer works, I keep getting the No tuners are available to watch the requested channel screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program and still getting the same problem, Any idea how to fix this? Im using the Hauppage WinTV HVR-1600.

I think I got it working by installing the older version, doing a scan for the ATSC channels, go to the channels tab and clicking on remove unreferenced channels. Then I installed the new version on top of it and all seems fine.
