Installation Issues

I have previously tried to install 1.2.9 to upgrade from 1.1.5, However at the time I ran into a minor issue and reverted back to 1.1.5 (probably through replacing the whole gbpvr directory).

I am now trying to go up to 1.2.9 (before moving to 1.2.13) but whenever I start the installer, for some reason it thinks I already have 1.2.9 and only gives me 3 options: modify, repair and uninstall. I tried modify and repair, but neither installed 1.2.9. I checked the registry and it shows 1.1.5 under LastknownversioninUse.

How can I upgrade to 1.2.9 without uninstalling? Thanks for your help

Sorry, I dont know. The windows MSI installer stuff is a big mystery to me. You can skip 1.2.9 though, and just install 1.2.13.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am really still working out my transition from the old interface. If I try installing from a different user account (it seems to be willing to do that) would there be any side effects?

You can only have one GB-PVR install on a machine at a time.
