I work in Boca Raton and will be moving to Orlando hopefully in 5-11 months. Need to build a house first so I have a place to live.


After last year with the 4 hurricanes 'That hurricane place' or "The Hurricane State" is a fitting name. I just left my hurricane shutters up until the season was over.

House prices are doing very well around here.  Mine has gone up 230% in the last 3 years.  Time to sell.  I have a rental property in Orlando already.  So I want to be closer to it and my family is moving up there.  Just get good insurance, then you do not have to worry about shutters.

I am waterproof.  It is still a lot cheaper there than here.  I never thought Jacksonvilles IT market was very good.  There are a lot of defense contractors in Orlando. I just bought my acre of land there today. Now I need to plan the house I am going to build.
