MCE IR Blaster work under VISTA?

I tried very close to an inch or two away with no difference in result. When I try to lear a button the red led of the mce receiver flashes but I get no response from the IR Receiver software. Almost seem like some part of the receiving/balster software is missing. Well thanks again I will keep at it.

Well I did get it working although it was by luck. I discovered a directory tree under “Program Data” IR Server Suite under that directory was a folder “Set Top Boxes” and in their were blaster codes for several Scientific Atlantic Boxes. After some confirmation using the IR File Tool I copied the codes for the Scientific Atlantic 3100 to the “IR commands directory “ and it worked. Not very easy but effective.

Still don't know why the learn program did not work.
