installed, but cannot see the picture; any help?

I installed gb-pvr, chose the 7 day trail period and updated epg fine. When I go to Live TV, it closes itself without telling any error information. Where to look for specific reason?

Mine is vista Ulitmate 64 bit, HVR-1600 capture card, Installed hauppauge software initially(do i need to disable anything?).

Any free EPG alternatives, instead of paying 20$ per year? Thanks,

The log files are in program files/devnz/gbpvr/logs. Zipping and posting these will help identify the problem.
