If the HD channels are jumpy on the popcorn hour, then it most likely means you're either got poor reception on the these channels, or the mux filter you're using is producing bad results. First step would probably be to try a different mux.

Hi Sub
Can't get on the popcorn right now nut the bda multiplexor is cyberlink. Is that the best or should I use any others. Reception is about 80% and works fine through the dvico software.
thanks

There is several versions of the Cyberlink mux. Some versions perform better than the others. Also try the TS Mux option (with patch from survival guide thread relating to scanning).

You're probably best to try the various muxes and mux versions yourself, I'm not sure which is best for the high def DVB system used in Oz. Here in New Zealand we use H.264 instead of the MPEG2 used there.

Hi Sub
Any thoughts about the second tuner. Did I have the settings right?
All things running well on the first tuner!
Thanks so much again

Because they used different filter names for each tuner, they both need their capture sources set up as device #1. I think you currently have one set to device #2.

That was it!!!!
Well done. It just mapped number 2 device.
Now the big question How do you Know from which tuner you are watching and which one is recording in gbpvr. Also can it handle picture in picture.
Thanks so much for your patients in getting this up to work

You can look at the status in the tray icon.

Generally it uses the capture source order defined in the config app. Top-most available tuner for recording, bottom-most available tuner for live tv.

No.

Hi Sub
Sorry to annoy you again, but I can't seem to find the patch you said to apply for the TS Mux. Can you point me to the thread.
Thanks
Dave
