Hi,

I just bought a tt dvb-c 1501 budget and I do not get all channels with it. I run a complete scan and get some channels, but I am missing some for example the freq. 322 but I do get for example freq. 113. If I use the tt media center I get all channels. What do I do wrong? qam is as far as I know for all freq. and channels 64.

Tnx

Do a scan, then zip and attach the config.exe.log and I'll take a look.

I'm wondering if you cable operator is using QAM256 for some of these frequencies?

Have you seen these missing channels in any other app on your PC? If so, does that app list the frequency and modulation?

I had a look through the log myself and I have the feeling that it checks the freq but not gets anythink. I added the List of the freq. that are used by the provider, maybe it is possible to make a search list for "kms" just like for "kabel deutschland", but not sure if it solves the problem. All freq. without a * in the "Kanal Liste" are for free recieve. But maybe just put all.

If there is a way I can make a "kms" list like the "kabel deutschland" I would do it, but as I said not sure if it is the solution.

Have you managed to tune these missing channels on any other software on your machine? I'd try this if you havnt already.

Shame on my, yes you are right. They useing QAM256 and this are the missing ones :-(

Here is a List with the QAM256 freq.:

Programmpakete Frequenz Kanal Modulation

Cablevista 3 322.000 S23 QAM 256
Cablevista 3 490.000 K23 QAM 256
Cablevista Mediterran* 618.000 K39 QAM 256
Cablevista Middle* 626.000 K40 QAM 256
Cablevista 3 634.000 K41 QAM 256
Cablevista 3 642.000 K42 QAM 256 maybe QAM 56
Cablevista Osteuropa* 706.000 K50 QAM 256

Any Chance for QAM 256 to work and for make a "kms" List on my own?

You can create a new file in c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\bda\dvb-c with the entries you need. See the other files as an example. Post the final file here, and I'll include it in the master set.

Yes, some of the other files have examples of qam 256.
